He is the owner and the chef of the chain of restaurants that bares his name. He came into gastronomy knowingly after he sold an advertising business. He started with the legendary gastro - bar "BARSUK", which is still popular today. He created the democratic restaurant concept where one goes to eat and not to flaunt his clothes.
Now the Family has nine distinct restaurants with different cuisines –from Asian to Ukrainian, also the chain includes partner places in Lviv and Odessa, and two restaurants in Spain.
He says he learned to cook from his grandmother. He liked cooking since he was a boy and still you can find him in the open kitchen of his restaurants. He is a fan of the ecological approach - in products, technology, and attitude to life. He’s married and has four children.
