Dmitry Borisov Gastrofamily brings together nine different concepts of restaurants in Kyiv and various partnership projects all over Ukraine and abroad.
Each of the restaurants is unique: democratic gastronomic restaurant "Barsuk" (it was the first one in Gastrofamily), art and gastronomic space "Last Barricade" (modern Ukrainian cuisine, Museum of contemporary Ukrainian history, platform for artistic events, library and books store as well), Asian steakhouse Oxota na Ovets, Odessa restaurant and pub "Lyubchik", fish restaurant RYBALOVE, crab house and seafood bar named Crab's Burger, Japanese Peruvian (Nikkei) restaurant RONIN, new Ukrainian cuisine in “Kanapa” and creative spaces for kids - BabyRock.
All of us share the same basic values - gastronomic and eco approaches.
We use local products, and all the chiefs and their teams are the passionate professionals.
The ecological approach means we use natural products, choose eco-friendly interior design, electric vehicles, win-win business strategy, we respect nature, our guests and, of course, our own team.
